Delete your account

You can delete your HeadsUp account in three ways. It happens right away and cannot be undone.

How to delete your account

1. In the app: Settings, then Delete account.
2. On the website: sign in at headsup-app.com, go to Settings and choose Delete account.
3. By email: send a message to hallo@headsup-app.com from your account's email address. We delete it as soon as possible, within a month at the latest, and let you know.

What we delete

Removed right away: your account, the linked WhatsApp session, your chats, messages, tasks, overviews and push tokens. A running subscription ends at once, without a refund for the remaining period. Anyone you added to your Family or Business plan loses access too.

What we keep

Invoices and payment records are held by our payment provider Stripe. We keep them for 7 years because the law requires it.
